Generous Annual Leave

Generous Annual Leave

We provide a competitive annual leave allowance, starting at 26 days’ holiday (pro rata for part time employees), rising incrementally by one day each year up to 32 days, plus bank holidays. We also award you an extra day of annual leave each year if you have had no sickness absence in the previous full calendar year.

We take the health and wellbeing of our staff seriously. Our wellbeing initiatives include access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with access to counselling services, a 24-hour GP phone line and mental health support with a team of Mental Health First Aiders. We also want to support you to stay happy and healthy so offer discounted leisure membership with BPL and a salary sacrifice cycle to work scheme.
